The present invention is directed to gelati-nous elastomer compositions that are useful for topical application of biologically active agents. In certain em-bodiments, the invention is directed to a gelatinous elas-tomer composition comprising about 1.0% to 50.0% block copolymer, about 0% to 98% mineral and/or syn-thetic oil, and about 0.0% to 98% triglyceride oil, about 0-15.0% free fatty acids, about 0-30% of a tack modifi-cation agent, about 0-20.0% of a biologically active agent and, optionally a phytosterol, ceramide and/or bisabolol. The gelatinous elastomer compositions are useful for ap-plying a biologically active agent to a mammal. In certain embodiments, the gelatinous elastomer composition is formed into a molded article.
La présente invention porte sur des compositions gélatineuses d'élastomère qui sont utiles pour l'application topique d'agents biologiquement actifs. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'invention porte sur une composition gélatineuse d'élastomère comprenant environ 1,0 % à 50,0 % de copolymère séquencé, environ 0 % à 98 % d'huile minérale et/ou synthétique et environ 0,0 % à 98 % d'huile triglycéridique, environ 0 à 15,0 % d'acides gras libres, environ 0 à 30 % d'un modificateur de pégosité, environ 0 à 20,0 % d'un agent biologiquement actif et, facultativement, un phytostérol, un céramide et/ou du bisabolol.
