The invention concerns a method and a device for non-invasive measurement of a tissue and in particular of the skin bilirubin level. The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises: a reading head (1) capable of sending several flashes of various specific wavelengths towards the tissue (2) to be examined and of receiving and measuring in return the reflected light; a calculator, such as a microprocessor, capable of calculating for each wavelength the amount of reflected light and bring it to a value calculated proportionally to a reference value identical for a predetermined wavelength; and a comparator for comparing the calculated value to a table of reference values.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et un dispositif de mesure non invasive d'un tissu et notamment du taux de bilirubine de la peau. Selon l'invention, le dispositif se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend: une tête de lecture (1) susceptible d'envoyer successivement plusieurs éclairs de longueurs d'onde diverses définies en direction du tissu (2) à examiner et de recevoir et mesurer en retour la lumière réfléchie; un calculateur, tel un microprocesseur, susceptible de calculer pour chaque longueur d'onde la quantité de lumière réfléchie et la ramener à une valeur calculée proportionnellement à une valeur de référence identique pour une longueur d'onde de référence déterminée; et un comparateur permettant de comparer la valeur ainsi calculée à une table de valeurs de référence.
