Methods and apparatus for managing a media file having media recorded for a user in a communication system. A first message is sent to the user containing text converted from a portion of speech content of the media. A second message is received from the user containing an instruction from the user indicating an operation to be performed on the media file. The operation is performed on the media file in response to the user's instruction in the second message.

L'invention concerne des procédés et un dispositif permettant de gérer un fichier multimédia, constitué de contenus multimédias enregistrés pour un utilisateur dans un système de communication. Un premier message est adressé à l'utilisateur et contient un texte converti à partir d'une partie d'un contenu vocal de contenu multimédia. Un second message est reçu de l'utilisateur, et contient une instruction provenant de l'utilisateur, indiquant une opération à effectuer sur le fichier multimédia.
