An article is disclosed that is moulded from a thermoplastic material blended with luminescent pigment. The article has an exterior surface with a texture that enhances the surface area of the article, to increase the brightness thereof. The texture is selected from the group including V- grooves, squared grooves, curved grooves, ripples, dimples, pebble grain, bark grain, and any other pattern that increases the surface area of a moulded article.

Cette invention concerne un article moulé en matériau thermoplastique renfermant un pigment luminescent. L'objet de l'invention a une surface extérieure texturée pour en accroître la surface de réflexion et, par conséquent, la brillance. La texture est choisie parmi les suivantes : rainures en V, rainures en U, rainures arrondies, alvéoles, grenu, stries et tout autre motif qui augmente la surface de réflexion de l'article.
