Form 24 ABSTRACT In a vehicle used to patrol the polar regions must be built the stability, safety, speed and reliability for travel on high seas, ice packs, shifting ice floes and snow. It must be made to travel in all weather extremes. In this invention, the configuration and design meet all these requirements. Its floating pontoons with high rising tapered fronts act as big skis to ride up over ice ridges and snow drifts as well as cut through waves. The cabin set on long legs over the pontoons gives ground clearance for obstructions. The long length and wide base with weight distribution gives it a low center of gravity and stability for the high speeds in strong winds, reached with the help of the powerful propeller aircraft engines. The frame for the cabin is the roll bar as well;a separate structure connecting directly to the legs and suspension.
