A frozen food tray for thawing a frozen food, e.g. a frozen sushi on the tray appropriately, a frozen food package and a frozen sushi package employing the tray, and a method for thawing a frozen sushi in the package. The tray (1) for a frozen food comprises a synthetic resin body (1a) and a dielectric material layer (1b) formed on the outer surface of the body (1a). The tray (1) has a main bottom face (3), a recess (2), a surrounding wall (4), a flange part (5), a falling part (6), a projecting part (7), a rib (8) provided at the corner part between the main bottom face (3) and the surrounding wall (4), and a rising part (9). The rice ball (11) of a frozen sushi (10) is arranged in the recess (2), and the sushi item (12) is arranged higher than the level of the main bottom face (3). The frozen sushi package is heated by means of a microwave oven, a rice ball (11) is thawed by heat transmitted from the dielectric material layer (1b), and the sushi item (12) is thawed by the heat from the rice ball (11) after the heating by means of the microwave oven is stopped.
L'invention concerne un plateau pour aliments surgelés sur lequel peuvent être décongelés de manière appropriée des aliments surgelés, par exemple des sushis surgelés, ainsi qu'un emballage d'aliments surgelés, un emballage de sushis surgelés comprenant ledit plateau, et un procédé de décongélation de sushis surgelés emballés.
