The present invention is related with a method and a reagent kit for the rapid and simultaneously determination in vaginal swabs of Candida spp, Trichomonas vaginalis and Gardnerella vaginalis,. starting from an assay of agglutination with latex particles. The method, based on the immunological principle of the antigen- antibody reaction, considers the obtainment of the corresponding antibodies, their purification and further conjugation with latex particles. It is presented as a simple kit of reagents, of easy manipulation that permits a diagnostic in the own medical consultation, in three minutes, with a high grade of reliability.
