The invention relates to a surgical ring implant (1, 10) for restricting biological organ(s), comprising a pouch and/or a duct such as to modify the section of passage of said organ. The ring (1, 10) is in the form of a flexible band (2, 20), extending between a first and a second end (3, 4, 40, 400), whereby said flexible band (2, 20) is provided towards said first and second ends (3, 4, 40, 400) with male (5, 50) and female (6, 60, 600) closure elements respectively, embodied to cooperate in such a fashion that the flexible band (2, 20) forms a closed loop, the female closure element (6, 60, 600) forming a permanent closed collar, characterised in that said female element (6, 60, 600) has a structural discontinuity (20, 200, 2000) at which the deformability of the female element (6, 60, 600) is greater than the rest of the female element (6, 60, 600). The above is of use for surgical ring implants.

L'invention concerne un anneau chirurgical implantable (1, 10) pour l'enserrage d'organe(s) biologique(s) constituant une poche et/ou un conduit en vue de modifier la section de passage dudit organe, ledit anneau (1, 10) se présentant sous la forme d'une bande souple (2, 20) s'étendant entre une première et une deuxième extrémités (3, 4, 40, 400), ladite bande souple (2, 20) étant pourvue vers lesdites première et deuxième extrémités (3, 4, 40, 400) d'éléments de fermeture respectifs mâle (5, 50) et femelle (6, 60, 600) agencés pour coopérer de façon à ce que la bande souple (2, 20) forme une boucle close, l'élément de fermeture femelle (6, 60, 600) formant en permanence un collier fermé, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément femelle (6, 60, 600) comprend une discontinuité structurelle (20, 200, 2000) au niveau de laquelle la déformabilité de l'élément femelle (6, 60, 600) est supérieure à celle du reste de l'élément femelle (6, 60, 600).
