The aim of the invention is to improve a method for encapsulating solder metal powders and the microencapsulated solder in such a way that the metal powder is reliably protected from external oxidising influences and the capsule only releases the metal powder as a result of the influence of temperature, without the influence of soldering flux. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: a) producing a suspension consisting of powder and a hydrophobic liquid; b) producing a hydrophobic surface layer on each metal particle by adding a cationic tenside; c) stirring the mixture obtained in steps a) and b) until a viscous, homogeneous mass is formed; d) mixing a radically polymerisable monomer into the mass obtained in step c); e) adding an organic initiator to start an interfacial polymerisation reaction; f) introducing the mass obtained in step e) into an aqueous substance, constantly stirring and controlling the polymerisation reaction by tempering to 50 to 90°C, and maintaining this temperature for at least 120 minutes and g) cooling, washing and separating the encapsulated solder powder.
L'invention vise à perfectionner le procédé pour encapsuler des poudres de métal de brasure et la brasure micro-encapsulée de telle manière que la poudre de métal soit protégée efficacement des effets oxydants extérieurs et qu'en même temps l'encapsulage libère la poudre de métal sans l'action d'un fondant uniquement sous l'influence de la température. A cet effet, on réalise les étapes suivantes du procédé: a) fabrication d'une suspension de poudre et d'un liquide hydrophobe, b) production d'une couche de surface hydrophobe sur chaque particule de métal par adjonction d'un tensioactif cationique, c) agitation du mélange issu des étapes a) et b) jusqu'à la formation d'une matière homogène visqueuse, d) mélange par adjonction d'un monomère polymérisable par voie radicalaire dans la matière de l'étape c), e) adjonction d'un initiateur organique pour initier une réaction de polymérisation à l'interface, f) introduction de la matière de l'étape e) dans une substance aqueuse sous agitation constante et régulation de la réaction de polymérsation par mise à une température de 50 à 90 DEG C et maintien à cette température pendant au moins 120 minutes, et g) refroidissement, lavage et séparation de la poudre de brasure encapsulée.
