The invention concerns a method of accessing information using a wireless mobile device (1) having a display (3), and video capturing unit, the method comprising: establishing a video call with a remote server (6) such that said remote server receives video images captured by said mobile device during the video call; performing image recognition to identify at least one first object (4) in said captured video; and generating a signal for transmission to said mobile device, said signal comprising information relating to said first object.

La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'accéder à des informations au moyen d'un dispositif mobile sans fil (1) doté d'un affichage (3) et d'une unité d'acquisition vidéo. Le procédé consiste à établir un appel vidéo avec un serveur distant (6) de sorte que ledit serveur distant reçoive des images vidéo saisies par ledit dispositif mobile pendant l'appel vidéo; à effectuer une reconnaissance d'image pour identifier au moins un premier objet (4) dans ladite vidéo saisie; et à générer un signal pour le transmettre audit dispositif mobile, ledit signal comprenant des informations se rapportant au premier objet.
