The urisheath provided here includes an element of thin material (a strip) that allows at least two lengths of it to run in a parallel fashion down either side of the sheath. The is obtained by injection moulding the strip in liquid silicone in the silicone injection moulding process for the urisheath, either by one, two or more component injection moulding. The injection moulding takes place in an injection moulding form for a urisheath with a cavity for the body portion and a cavity for the strip portion wherein the cavity for the body portion is connected to the cavity for the strip portion creating an attachment zone between the strip and the sheath.

L'invention concerne une gaine urinaire comprenant un élément en matériau mince (une bande) permettant à au moins deux longueurs de celle-ci de passer parallèlement le long de chaque côté de la gaine. La partie de bande est obtenue par moulage par injection de la bande dans de la silicone liquide lors du processus de moulage par injection de silicone de la gaine urinaire, par moulage par injection à un composant, deux composants ou davantage. Le moulage par injection a lieu dans une forme de moulage par injection pour gaine urinaire munie d'une cavité pour la partie de corps et d'une cavité pour la partie de bande, la cavité pour la partie de corps étant reliée à la cavité pour la partie de bande de façon à créer une zone de fixation entre la bande et la gaine.
