The invention relates to a device for measuring imaging errors in the human eye (A), wherein substantial scanning of the lens of the eye (A) with a light beam of a laser diode (LD 1) determines the measuring accuracy of local refractive power. Measuring accuracy of locally dependent refractive power is achieved by a two-dimensionally refractable tilting mirror (KS) which is embodied in the form of a micro-scanner mirror with the aid of piezomotors (PM 1, PM 2) for positioning and by electrically controllable liquid lenses (FL 1, FL 2). As a result, it is possible to manufacture the measuring device as small as possible, enabling it to be integrated into a processing laser (LD 2) in order to monitor the result of treatment with a laser (LD2) during individual adaptation of contact lenses, intraoccular lenses or surgical correction of the retina in situ and to calculate data of a required correction.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour mesurer des défauts d'image dans l'oeil humain (A), la réfringence locale étant déterminée par balayage en surface de l'optique de l'oeil (A) au moyen d'un faisceau lumineux d'une diode laser (LD 1). La précision de la mesure de la réfringence en fonction de l'emplacement est réalisée au moyen d'un miroir inclinable (KS) bidimensionnel pouvant être dévié et conçu comme un miroir micro-scanneur, de moteurs piézo-électriques (PM 1, PM 2) pour le positionnement et de lentilles liquides à commande électrique (FL 1, FL 2). Ce dispositif de mesure est si petit qu'il peut être intégré dans un laser de traitement, pour vérifier in situ le résultat d'un traitement au laser (LD 2) lors d'une adaptation individuelle de lentilles de contact, de lentilles intraoculaires ou bien lors d'une correction chirurgicale de la cornée et pour calculer les données d'une correction éventuelle.
