It is intended to provide sterility recovery genes to rice BT type male sterile cytoplasm. A gene encoding a nucleic acid which has the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:75 or an amino acid sequence having at least a 70% homology with the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:75 and having an ability to restore sterility. It is preferable that the gene has a base sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS:69 to 74 and 80 to 85 or the base sequence represented by base nos. 43907 to 46279 in SEQ ID NO:27.
L'invention concerne l'apport de gènes de récupération de la stérilité à un cytoplasme stérile mâle de type riz BT. Un gène codant un acide nucléique ayant la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO :75 ou la séquence d'acides aminés étant homologue à 70 % avec la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO :75 et ayant une capacité à restaurer la stérilité. Il est préférable que le gène ait une séquence de base représentée par une des SEQ ID NO :69 à 74 et 80 à 85 ou la séquence de base représentée par les numéros de base 43907 à 46279 dans SEQ ID NO :27.
