The invention relates to an interlacing device which can be used automatically to interlace long products on a transport pallet in an economical and optimum manner, which can be adapted to tubes of any length and which operates concurrently with the palletising machine. The inventive interlacing device (10) is characterised in that it comprises at least one interlacing gantry (11) which extends parallel to the palletised products along at least part of the length thereof and which comprises at least one wire guide (20), said wire guide being fed by at least one interlacing (12') link reel (12). The aforementioned interlacing device (10) also comprises drive means (14) which are connected to the interlacing gantry (11) in order to move same alternatively between at least two end positions such as to move the guide wire (20) alternatively from one side of the transport pallet (7) to the other in at least one interlacing plane (P) which is essentially perpendicular to the palletised products (2). The invention is suitable for palletising any long product, e.g. cylindrical tubes.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'entrelaçage permettant d'effectuer automatiquement l'entrelaçage de produits allongés déposés sur une palette de transport, de manière économique et optimale, en temps masqué par rapport à la machine de palettisation, adapté à toute longueur de tubes. Ce dispositif d'entrelaçage (10) est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un portique d'entrelaçage (11) s'étendant parallèlement aux produits palettisés sur au moins une partie de leur longueur et comportant au moins un guide-fil (20) alimenté par au moins une bobine (12) de lien d'entrelaçage (12'). Le dispositif d'entrelaçage (10) comporte également des moyens d'entraînement (14) couplés audit portique d'entrelaçage (11) pour le déplacer alternativement entre au moins deux positions extrêmes de manière à déplacer le guide-fil (20) dans au moins un plant d'entrelaçage (P) sensiblement perpendiculaire auxdits produits (2) palettisés alternativement d'un côté à l'autre de ladite palette de transport (7). Application: palettisation de tout produit allongé, par exemple des tubes cylindriques.
