The wiring harness attaches around the trunk of a tree above at least one branch therefrom. The harness has a flexible, elongated support web, having complementary connection hook and pile fasteners at spaced-apart points therealong whereby a loop may be formed with the support web, to pass around the tree trunk above a branch, thereby securing the position of the harness. Several electrical outlets, preferably at least five, are secured to the web at spaced- apart points therealong, and the electrical outlets are connected to each other in a single electrical circuit. A conventional three-prong plug is provided, preferably integrated with one of the outlets into a single unit.
