The invention relates to a method for detecting a nucleotide sequence using fluorescence. According to the inventive method, an interaction made possible by direct energy transfer or without radiation occurs between a first (F1) and a second molecule (F2) in the presence of a nucleotide sequence (N) that is to be detected. At least one of the molecules (F1, F2) is bonded to the surface of a solid phase (M) in order to avoid contamination and to improve the sensitivity of the method.
Procédé de détection d'une séquence nucléotidique au moyen de la fluorescence selon lequel, en présence de la séquence nuléotidique (N) à détecter, une interaction rendue possible par un transfert d'énergie direct ou exempt de rayonnement est produite ou éliminée entre une première molécule (F1) et une seconde molécule (F2). Selon la présente invention, pour éviter les contaminations et améliorer la sensibilité du procédé, au moins l'une des molécules (F1 et F2) est liée à la surface d'une phase solide (M).
