The invention relates to an arrangement for filtering plastic melts. Dirty filter elements (4, 4) can be liberated from collected dirt particles by means of backwashing. The melt (8) used for backwashing is deviated from the main melt flow and can optionally and additionally be impinged upon by conveying elements. Backwash is periodically initiated according to the time and/or the degree of soiling of the filter element to be cleaned. The aim of the invention is to improve the inventive arrangement in such a way that cleaning is optimal according to the degree of soiling of the filter element to be cleaned respectively. A control device (7) is provided which detects the melt volume and/or the flow rate of the backwashing melt during a backwashing procedure.
L'invention concerne un système pour le filtrage de matières fondues plastiques dans lequel on peut délivrer des éléments de filtre encrassés des particules d'impuretés interceptées par rétrolavage. Dans un tel système, la matière fondue utilisée pour le rétrolavage est dérivée du courant principal de matière fondue et est éventuellement sollicitée en plus par des éléments de transport et le rétrolavage est déclenché périodiquement, en fonction du temps ou en fonction du degré d'encrassement de l'élément de filtre à nettoyer. L'invention vise à améliorer un tel système de façon à obtenir un nettoyage optimal en fonction du degré d'encrassement de l'élément de filtre à nettoyer. A cet effet, un dispositif de commande détermine le volume de matière fondue ou la vitesse d'écoulement de la matière fondue de rétrolavage d'une procédure de rétrolavage.
