The invention concerns a method for oxidising organic matter contained in an aqueous effluent and an installation for implementing said method. Said method comprises the following steps: injecting into a tubular body said aqueous effluent; bringing said aqueous effluent to a pressure P1, corresponding to the critical pressure of said aqueous effluent; bringing said aqueous effluent to a temperature T1; and injecting into said tubular body at n points spaced apart from one another, n fractions of at least an oxidising composition, so that a portion of the thermal energy produced by the oxidation reaction increases the temperature of the reaction mixture from said temperature T1 to temperature T2 > T1 according to an increasing curve, whereby said organic matter is oxidised, said reaction mixture continuously developing from a sub-critical liquid state to the supercritical domain.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'oxydation des corps organiques contenus dans un effluent aqueux et une installation destinée à la mise en uvre du procédé. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : on injecte dans un corps tubulaire ledit effluent aqueux; on porte ledit effluent aqueux à une pression P1, correspondant au moins à la pression critique dudit effluent aqueux; on porte ledit effluent aqueux à une température T1; et on injecte dans ledit corps tubulaire en n points distants les uns des autres, n fractions d'au moins une composition oxydante, de façon qu'une portion de l'énergie thermique produite par la réaction d'oxydation augmente la température du mélange réactionnel de ladite température T1 à la température T2>T1 selon une courbe croissante, par quoi lesdits corps organiques sont oxydés, ledit mélange réactionnel évoluant continûment d'un état sous-critique liquide au domaine super-critique.
