A composite wick (3) for delivering two liquids with different properties to a surface includes a first section (3a, 3c) provided for delivering a first liquid to the surface of the wick and a second section (3b, 3d) provided for delivering a second liquid to the surface of the wick. Preferably, the first section (3a, 3c) is made of hydrophobic materials and the second section (3b, 3d) is made of hydrophilic materials. Also, a composite wick (3) includes a first section made of either a porous ceramic-based material or a porous sand- based material and a second section made of a porous plastic material, wherein the first and second section preferably are formed as concentric cylinders, with the first section being disposed within the second section.
L'invention concerne une mèche composite (3) permettant d'administrer deux liquides avec différentes propriétés sur une surface comprenant une première section (3a, 3c) destinée à administrer un premier liquide sur la surface de la mèche et une seconde section (3b, 3d) destinée à délivrer un second liquide sur la surface de la mèche. La première section (3a, 3c) est obtenue, de préférence, à partir de matériaux hydrophobes, alors que la seconde section (3b, 3d) est obtenue à partir de matériaux hydrophiles. Une mèche composite(3) comporte en outre une première section soit en matériau à base de céramique poreuse, soit en matériau à base de sable poreux et une seconde section en matériau plastique poreux, la première et la seconde sections adoptent de préférence la forme de cylindre concentrique, la première section étant disposée dans la seconde section.
