An exhauster fan bearing assembly for a pulverized solid fuel firing system includes a pedestal housing having an opening at a top portion, the pedestal housing defining an interior space with access thereto through the opening; a bearing housing disposed at the top portion of the pedestal housing, the bearing housing having first and second openings disposed at opposite ends of the bearing housing; first and second bearing assemblies disposed at the first and second openings, respectively; a shaft extending through the bearing housing via the first and second openings, the shaft rotatable about a shaft rotational axis via the first and second bearing assemblies; and a sump housing operably coupled to a bottom of the bearing housing. The sump housing extends through the opening and into the interior space of the pedestal housing. The sump housing defines a reservoir for a lubricant in fluid communication with the first and second bearing assemblies.
Cette invention concerne un ensemble palier de ventilateur d'évacuation pour un système de chauffe à combustible solide pulvérisé. Ledit ensemble palier comprend un boîtier sur socle présentant une ouverture sur une partie supérieure, ledit boîtier sur socle définissant un espace intérieur dont l'accès est assuré à travers l'ouverture. Ledit ensemble comprend aussi un logement de palier disposé sur la partie supérieure du boîtier sur socle, le logement de palier ayant une première et une seconde ouverture disposées à des extrémités opposées du logement de palier. L'ensemble palier comprend de plus des premier et second ensemble palier disposés respectivement à la première et à la seconde ouverture. Ledit ensemble comprend en outre un arbre s'étendant à travers le logement de palier par l'intermédiaire de la première et la seconde ouverture, l'arbre pouvant tourner sur un axe de rotation d'arbre par l'intermédiaire du premier et du second ensemble palier. L'ensemble palier comprend enfin une chambre collectrice couplée de manière opérationnelle à un fond du logement de palier. La chambre collectrice s'étend à travers l'ouverture et dans l'espace intérieur du boîtier sur socle. La chambre collectrice définit un réservoir pour un lubrifiant en communication fluidique avec le premier et le second ensemble palier.
