This invention is a disposable plastic garbage bag with a built in elastic contracting string element to serve a dual purpose. Operational usage requires stretching the naturally contracted open top end of the bag over and around the rim of a garbage bin. Once this exercise has been manipulated, the user does not have to worry about the bag collapsing into the can due to rim slippage. Once the bag is full and removed from the bin, the bag opening re-contracts to its original closed form and then further tightened by pulling the elastic string through the canal cutouts and tied to secure the bag closed and initiate normal disposal practices.
