Image A visual panel, such as a lane decorating panel fitted in a bowling alley, an advertisement display panel fitted on an outer wall or rooftop of a building and an advertisement display panel installed in a railroad yard. A visual panel (1) is provided with a frame (6), a flexible sheet (11) having swelled portions (9, 10) at both of the opposite edges (7,8) thereof, sheet tensing means (12) slidably receiving the swelled portions (9, 10), and tensely retaining the sheet (11) over the frame (6), and a means (13) for regulating the tension applied to the sheet (11).
