The invention relates to a wound treating device comprising a base part (1) and an upper part (3). The base part is secured in the region of the wound on the healthy skin and the wound is completely surrounded. Supply devices (7, 9) for the treatment substances are guided through the upper part (3). The treatment substances are discharged with the secretion of the wound by means of a discharge device (11). Securing devices (10) which are guided through the upper part are used in order to position, in a precise manner, the supply device (7, 9) or the discharge device (11).
