The invention concerns novel products of formula (I), wherein: R1 represents alkyl or alkoxy substituted in particular by phenyl, by a carbocyclic or heterocyclic radical consisting of condensed cycles or by an amino radical itself optionally substituted; R2 represents in particular alkyl optionally substituted, phenyl optionally substituted in particular by alkoxy or benzyloxy, naphthyl, amino optionally substituted and the radical >=N-O-R8a; R3 and R4 represent in particular hydrogen, hydroxyl, alkyl, alkoxy, or optionally substituted phenyl; R5 and R6 represent in particular hydrogen, hydroxyl, optionally substituted alkyl or alkenyl; R8 represents in particular hydrogen, alkyl or benzyl, said products being in all the isomeric forms and their salts, as medicines.
L'invention concerne les nouveaux produits de formule (I) :dans laquelle: Rl représente alkyle ou alcoxy substitué notamment par phényle, par un radical constitué de cycles condensés carbocyclique ou hétérocyclique ou par un radical amino lui-même éventuellement substitué, R2 représente notamment alkyle éventuellement substitué, phenyle éventuellement substitué notamment par alcoxy ou benzyloxy, naphtyle, amino éventuellement substitué et la radical >=N-O-R8a, R3 et R4 répresentent notamment hydrogène, hydroxyle, alkyle, alcoxy ou phenyle éventuellement substitué, R5 et R6, répresentent notamment hydrogène, hydroxyle, alkyle ou alkényle éventuellement substitué, R8a représente notamment hydrogène, alkyle ou benzyle, ces produits étant sous toutes les formes isomères et les sels, à titre de médicaments.
