The present invention is directed to a rigid, molded foam produced by reacting: a) one or more organic polyisocyanates, with b) a polyol blend comprising i) 100 parts by weight of a mixture comprising: 1) from 30 to 80 parts by weight of one or more polyethers having hydroxy functionalities of 2 or 3 and molecular weights of from about 1,000 to about 8,000, the polyethers further being characterized as containing no nitrogen atoms and not being filled polyethers, 2) from 10 to 50 parts by weight of one or more adducts of toluene diamine and an alkylene oxide, the adduct having a molecular weight of from about 350 to about 700, 3) from 0 to 15 parts by weight of one or more di- or trialkanol amines, with the amounts of components 1), 2) and 3) totaling 100 parts, and c) from about 0.1 to about 4 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of component b) of a silicone cell-opening surfactant and d) from 1 to 7 parts by weight of water, and e) from 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of at least one tertiary amine catalyst; wherein the reaction mixture contains no auxiliary blowing agents and wherein the amount of polyisocyanate is such that the isocyanate index is from 95 to 120.

La présente invention se rapporte à une mousse moulée rigide produite en faisant réagir : a) un ou plusieurs polyisocyanates organiques, avec b) un mélange de polyols comprenant i) 100 parties en poids d'un mélange comprenant : 1) de 30 à 80 parties en poids d'un ou plusieurs polyéthers ayant des fonctionnalités hydroxy de 2 ou 3 et un poids moléculaire d'environ 1000 à environ 8000, les polyéthers étant en outre caractérisés en ce qu'ils ne contiennent pas d'atomes d'azote et ne sont pas remplis de polyéthers, 2) de 10 à 50 parties en poids d'un ou de plusieurs produits d'addition de toluène diamine et d'un oxyde d'alkylène, le produit d'addition ayant un poids moléculaire d'environ 350 à environ 700, 3) de 0 à 15 parties en poids d'un ou plusieurs di- ou trialkanol amines, les quantités des composants 1), 2) et 3) totalisant 100 parties, et c) d'environ 0,1 à environ 4 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids du composant b) d'un surfactant d'ouverture de cellule de silicone et d) de 1 à 7 parties en poids d'eau, et e) de 0,1 à 2 parties en poids d'au moins un catalyseur d'amine tertiaire; dans lequel le mélange de réaction ne contient pas d'agents de soufflage auxiliaires et dans lequel la quantité de polyisocyanate est telle que l'indice d'isocyanate est de 95 à 120.
