Dispositif limiteur pour disjoncteur haute tendon (1), dit "dead tank" à cuve métallique mise à la terre, comportant deux bornes (2, 4) destinées à être reliées l'une à une ligne électrique haute tension (3) et l'autre à une liaison (5) aboutissant à une source située en amont qui permet d'alimenter la ligne au travers du disjoncteur. Ce dispositif comporte un condensateur (6) qui est électriquement positionné entre les deux bornes du disjoncteur et qui permet de limiter les vitesses de rétablissement de tension en amont et en aval du disjoncteur, suite à une coupure due à un défaut en ligne.
