The present invention relates to a method for detecting abnormalities in a sample from a patient, said method comprising; obtaining a sample of the patient's cells; contacting said cells with two or more molecule(s), wherein at least one molecule is capable of binding a papilloma virus associated antigen, and at least one molecule is capable of binding a cell proliferation marker, and monitoring said binding.

L'invention concerne une méthode de détection d'anomalies dans un échantillon prélevé chez une patiente. Le procédé consiste à prélever un échantillon des cellules d'une patiente; à mettre en contact ces cellules avec au moins deux molécules, au moins une molécule étant capable de se lier à un virus papilloma associé à un antigène et au moins une molécule étant capable de se lier à un marqueur de prolifération cellulaire, et à surveiller cette liaison.
