ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A handleless cutting and paring tool for fruits and vegetables comprising a handleless oblong plate-like body with a slightly concave cross section configuration, a means slitting and paring member provided at one end of the body, a sectorial portion for cutting and scooping provided at another end of the body, and a longitudinal peeling slot formed at the substantial central portion of the body. With such arrangement, the cutting and paring means as disclosed has multiple functions and may be used to cut, slash, slit, scoop, and peel various fruits and vegetables with culteries of different shapes and different angles without hurting the edible portion of pulp of the fruits or vegetables under preparation.
