There is a need for privacy, and protection from the elements, on outdoor structures; specifically residential decks, or, patio structures on or about a restaurant, eatery, bistro or coffee shop. As such there is a requirement for a modular, wind-spilling, adjustable, detachable outdoor privacy apparatus to be mounted singularly, or in its plurality, onto structures requiring privacy, ultraviolet radiation; wind; solar heat; solar glare; noise and shade protection year-round. The apparatus is associated with the commercial outdoor seating and residential outdoor living markets. The apparatus comprises a pliable outdoor fabric; support members; mounting brackets; fastener members and tensioned flexible members. One component of the apparatus extends lengthwise above a deck or patio handrail. Another integral component of the apparatus consists of a pliable outdoor fabric panel woven through the balusters and suspended above the deck or patio floor or surface.
