The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemistry, and especially to a method and a device for producing fuel cell components, especially membrane-electrode units ( MEE") for membrane fuel cells. According to the inventive method, anode or cathode electrodes are first applied to two adjacent heated rolls subjected to a vacuum. The applied vacuum enables the electrodes to be introduced into a roll gap in a precisely positioned manner and then laminated with an ion-conductive membrane. The inventive method enables high production speeds to be achieved as a result of the extended heat- affected zone. The inventive device consists of a roll press with heatable vacuum rolls, and is advantageous as a result of the simple structure and the lack of transfer points.
La présente invention a trait au domaine technique de l'électrochimie et concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour fabriquer des composants de pile à combustible, notamment des unités membrane-électrode (<= MEE >=) pour des piles à combustible à membrane. Selonce procédé, des anodes ou des électrodes cathodes sont d'abord appliquées sur deux cylindres adjacents chauffés qui sont contraints sous vide. Le vide appliqué permet de les insérer avec un positionnement précis dans un espace entre cylindres puis de leur appliquer une membrane conductrice d'ions. Grâce à la zone affectée thermiquement prolongée, le procédé selon cette invention permet d'atteindre des vitesses de production élevées. Le dispositif selon cette invention est constitué d'une presse à cylindres équipée de cylindres sous vide pouvant être chauffés. Cette invention est avantageuse de par sa construction simple et de par l'absence de points de transfert.
