A speed control system for controlling a two-mass system having a motor and a load connected through an elastic shaft, comprising: a speed control amplifier for amplifying a difference between a preset speed and a motor speed; a load torque estimate observer for obtaining a load torque estimate; a model machine control system for outputting a load torque command upon receiving the sum of the output of the speed control amplifier and the load torque estimate, the speed control system controlling the two-mass system according to the load torque command; means for outputting an observer speed estimate from a first integral factor which has a model machine time constant of the sum of a machine time constant of the motor and a machine time constant of the load in such a manner so as to input a difference between the load torque estimate and the load torque equivalent value into the first integral factor; means for determining an inertia of the two-mass system by dividing the output from the first integral factor by the motor speed; and means for controlling the model machine control system and the speed control amplifier based on the inertia of the two-mass system.
Système de réglage de vitesse permettant de régler un système à deux masses constitué d'un moteur et d'une charge reliés par un arbre élastique, comprenant : un amplificateur de réglage de vitesse pour amplifier une différence entre une vitesse de préréglage et une vitesse de moteur; un dispositif d'observation du couple de charge permettant d'obtenir une estimation du couple de charge; un système de commande machine modèle pour émettre une commande de couple de charge sur réception de la somme de la sortie de l'amplificateur de réglage de vitesse et de l'estimation de couple de charge, le système de réglage de vitesse commandant le système à deux masses conformément à la commande de couple de charge; des éléments pour produire une estimation de vitesse de dispositif d'observation à partir d'un premier facteur intégral ayant une constante de temps machine modèle de la somme d'une constante de temps machine du moteur et d'une constante de temps machine de la charge de façon à donner une différence entre l'estimation de couple de charge et la valeur équivalente de couple de charge dans le premier facteur intégral; des éléments permettant de déterminer une inertie du système à deux masses en divisant la sortie du premier facteur intégral par la vitesse du moteur; des éléments pour régler le système de commande machine modèle et l'amplificateur de réglage de vitesse en fonction de l'inertie du système à deux masses.
