The invention uses different categories of particles, each of which is sensitized by a specific ligand for one of the analytes to be dosed. An immunological reagent consisting of a mixture of each of said particle categories having been sensitized by a specific quantity of the respective ligand is prepared. The signals resulting from the interaction between said immunological reagent and the biological sample on one hand and a calibration standard on the other are then measured. A correction factor is subsequently determined which is applied to the different resulting signals in such a way that each analyte of the sample can be titrated in biological units.

L~invention utilise différentes catégories de particules sensibilisées, chacune, par un ligand spécifique de l~un des analytes à doser. On prépare un réactif immunologique constitué par un mélange de chacune desdites catégories de particules respectivement sensibilisées par une quantité sélectionnée de ligand, mesure les signaux résultants de l~interaction entre ledit réactif immunologique et, d~une part, l~échantillon biologique, d~autre part, un standand d~étalonnage, détermine un facteur de correction à appliquer aux différents signaux résultants de manière à obtenir la titration, en unités biologiques, de chaque analyte de l~échantillon.
