Building over the water and group of these buildings, their maneuvering methods and their hosting sites, the said building and group of buildings offering the flexibility of usage found in both land-based buildings and in ships by the fact that each building over the water consisting of: a superstructure (A) provided with at least one of some floor structures (1) that is placed over a water surface (2), and on which an inhabitable subassembly (3) is positioned, at least one of some supports (B) sitting on ground (4), and positioned under the floor structures (1), and at least one of some mobile floating docks (C) with variable and controllable buoyancy, provided with a load carrying platform (5) positioned under the floor structure (1). The superstructure (A) is sequentially held above the water surface (2) by the supports (B), while sitting on the ground (4), and respectively carried by the floating docks (C), while floating, the superstructure being detachable from the ground (4), and transportable on water on the mobile floating docks (C), thus being possible to reposition the superstructure (A) on ground (4), at a destination of choice.

Lesdites constructions et le groupe de constructions offrent une grande flexibilité d'utilisation tant sur la terre que sur des bateaux, grâce au fait que chaque construction sur l'eau comprend : une superstructure (A) comprenant au moins une des structures de base (1) placée à la surface de l'eau (2), et sur laquelle un sous ensemble non habitable (3) est positionné, au moins quelques supports (B) reposant sur le fond (4), et positionnés sur les structures de base (1) ; et au moins des quais flottants (C) mobiles présentant une flottabilité variable et pouvant être commandée, comprenant une grande plate-forme (5) de transport de charge, positionnée sous la structure de base (1). La superstructure (A) est maintenue de façon séquentielle au-dessus de la surface de l'eau (2) par les supports (B), tout en restant sur le fond (4), et respectivement portés par les quais flottants (C) qui flottent, la superstructure (A) pouvant être détachée du fond (4), et pouvant être transportée sur l'eau sur les quais flottants (C) mobiles, ceci permettant le repositionnement de la superstructure (A) sur le fond (4), dans une destination sélectionnée.
