Disclosed is a process of performing "Sexual" PCR which includes generating random polynucleotides by interrupting or blocking a synthesis or amplification process to show or halt synthesis or amplification of at least one polynucleotide, optionally amplifying the polynucleotides, and reannealing the polynucleotides to produce random mutant polynucleotides. Also provided are vector and expression vehicles including such mutant polynucleotides, polypeptides expressed by the mutant polynucleotides and a method for producing random mutant polypeptides.
Procédé pour réaliser une ACP "sexuelle", consistant à générer des polynucléotides aléatoires en interrompant ou en bloquant un processus de synthèse ou d'amplification, afin de mettre en évidence ou d'arrêter la synthèse ou l'amplification d'au moins un polynucléotide, à amplifier éventuellement les polynucléotides, et à les hybrider de nouveau de manière à obtenir des polynucléotides aléatoires mutants. L'invention porte également sur un vecteur et sur des véhicules d'expression comprenant de tels polynucléotides mutants, sur des polypeptides exprimés par ces polynucléotides mutants et sur une méthode pour produire ces polypeptides mutants aléatoires.
