The invention relates to a pair of interverterbral prostheses which are to be implanted above and below the vertebral body thereof and, respectively, a connection plate (20, 24) which is to be connected to said vertebral body, in addition to a ventral fastening flange (21, 23) which is to be connected to said vertebral body and which is associated with said connection plate (20, 24). The fastening flanges (21, 23), which have sufficient room in front of the vertebral bodies having a reduced height, are arranged in an offset manner in relation to each other such that one fastening flange (23) is centralised and the other fastening flange (21) is symmetrically distributed in an off- centre manner. The misalignment can be lateral and/or be in the AP-direction.

L'invention concerne une paire de prothèses intervertébrales, qui sont à implanter au-dessus et au-dessous du corps de la vertèbre, et une plaque d'arrêt (20, 24) à relier audit corps de vertèbre, ainsi qu'une collerette de fixation (21, 23) à relier de manière ventrale au corps de vertèbre et qui est associée à la plaque d'arrêt (20, 24). Afin que les collerettes de fixation (21, 23) trouvent suffisamment de place devant les corps de vertèbre avec une faible hauteur, elles sont disposées, de manière à ce qu'une collerette de fixation (23) soit centrale et qu'une autre collerette de fixation (21) soit décentralisée de manière symétrique.
