A sling-style carrier includes an elongate planar flexible web having a first end and a second end. A handle is positioned at the first end of the web. A slotted opening is positioned at the second end of the web. The slotted opening is of a size sufficient for the handle to pass through. The handle is threaded through the slotted opening to form a sliding loop which contracts until it meets resistance from a load placed within the web thereby forming maintaining said load in a tight bundle.
