Chemical compounds that are derivatives of indeno[1,2-c]-, naphtho[1,2-c]- and benzo[6,7]cyclohepta[1,2-c]pyrazole are inhibitors of tyrosine kinase activity. Several of the tyrosine kinases, whose activity is inhibited by these chemical compounds, are involved in hyperproliferative, angiogenic or in vascular hyperpermeability processes. Thus, these chemical compounds can ameliorate disease states where tumor formation, metastasis, angiogenesis, vascular hyperpermeability or endothelial cell proliferation is a factor.
L'invention concerne des composés chimiques qui sont des dérivés d'indéno(1,2-c)-, de naphto(1,2-c)-, et de benzo(6,7)cyclohepta(1,2-c)pyrazole et constituent des inhibiteurs de l'activité de tyrosine kinases. Plusieurs tyrosine kinases dont l'activité est inhibée par ces composés chimiques jouent un rôle dans des processus d'hyperprolifération, d'angiogenèse ou d'hyperperméabilité vasculaire. Par conséquent, ces composés chimiques peuvent améliorer des états pathologiques dans lesquels sont impliqués des facteurs de formation de tumeur, de métastase, d'angiogenèse, d'hyperperméabilité vasculaire ou de prolifération de cellules endothéliales.
