The present invention relates to the field of human medicine and dermatology, more particularly, to a composition obtained from human placenta that exhibits activity regulating skin regeneration and therefore useful in the treatment of psoriasis. The invention also relates to a method for preparing said composition. The technical aim of the present invention is to provide a novel formulation of a product of natural origin obtained from the human placenta, which is useful in the treatment of psoriasis, has no toxic effects and shows no recurrence of the disease. The formulation obtained regulates the speed of regeneration of the epidermis as shown in pharmacological assays of the formulation and has no severe side effects as shown by the toxicological, genotoxic and clinical tests carried out. The product obtained has the form of a water-soluble gel and acts on the epidermis by transcutaneous absorption in the area of application.
L'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine humaine et la dermatologie, et concerne plus particulièrement une composition obtenue à partir de placenta humain qui présente une activité dans la régulation de la vitesse de régénération de la peau et par conséquent est utile pour traiter le psoriasis. Cette invention concerne également le procédé d'obtention de ladite composition. L'objectif technique de la présente invention est de fournir une nouvelle formulation d'un produit d'origine naturelle obtenu à partir de placenta humain, utile pour le traitement du psoriasis, ne génère pas d'effets toxiques et évite la rechute. La formulation obtenue permet une régulation de la vitesse de régénération de l'épiderme comme cela a été démontré dans des tests pharmacologiques de ladite formulation, sans donner lieu à des réactions secondaires sévères comme cela a été démontré par les études toxicologiques, génotoxiques et cliniques réalisées. Le produit obtenu se présente sous la forme d'un gel hydrosoluble et exerce son action sur l'épiderme par absorption transcutanée à partir de la zone d'application.
