A cup assembly (10) having an open end (15), comprising: (a) a dual wall cup assembly comprising: (i) an outer cup (11) having a truncated conical-like shape with side wall, larger top and smaller end, the end is closed and sealed by bottom wall (14) and the top is open (15); (ii) an inner cup (12) having a truncated conical-like shape with side wall (13), larger top and smaller end, the end is closed and sealed by bottom wall (17); and (iii) the inner cup is configured to be receivable within the outer cup to create a gap (20) between the bottom walls; and (b) the cup assembly is a child spill-proof cup.
Cette invention concerne un ensemble gobelet présentant une extrémité ouverte. Cet ensemble gobelet à double paroi (a) comprend (i) un gobelet extérieur à paroi de forme tronconique avec une extrémité supérieure ouverte plus grande et un fond fermé plus petit; (ii) un gobelet intérieur à paroi de forme tronconique avec une extrémité supérieure ouverte plus grande et un fond fermé plus petit, (iii) le gobelet intérieur étant conçu pour s'emboîter dans le gobelet extérieur tout en laissant un espace d'une part entre la paroi latérale de la surface intérieure du gobelet extérieur et la surface extérieure du gobelet intérieur, entre les fonds respectives. L'ensemble gobelet (b) est un gobelet anti-gouttes pour enfant dont l'extrémité supérieure présente un filetage pour le montage amovible d'un couvercle. Le couvercle comporte une collerette dont le filetage interne s'engage dans le bord supérieur fileté du gobelet. La collerette comporte un rebord intérieur à sa périphérie qui enveloppe le couvercle et s'engage dans la partie supérieure filetée du gobelet. Le couvercle comporte une goulotte intégrée partant d'un côté et orientée vers le haut. La goulotte comporte des parois avant et arrière qui convergent vers un bec saillant à l'extérieur, avec un clapet disposé contre la goulotte ou intégré à cette dernière, qui empêche sensiblement le liquide de s'écouler à l'extérieur.
