A paving asphalt cement for use in preparing a paving asphalt comprises from about 5 to about 90 weight % of a catalytically oxidized paving asphalt precursor, from about 10 to about 95 weight % of a unoxidized paving asphalt precursor and, from about 1 to about 25 weight % of a heavy vacuum gas oil.

Ciment de bitume de pavage, servant à préparer du bitume de pavage; il renferme de 5 à 90 % environ en poids d'un précurseur de bitume de pavage, oxydé par voie catalytique, de 10 à 95 % environ en poids d'un précurseur non oxydé de bitume de pavage, et de 1 à 25 % environ en poids d'un gasoil lourd obtenu sous vide.
