The invention concerns a device comprising a rigid form reproducing the volume of the part of the body and capable of receiving compressive orthosis. The form (10) incorporates a plurality of sensors (22) distributed at different points thereof and shaped so as not to modify substantially its surface profile, the sensors essentially measuring the pressure applied locally on the form by the orthotic device on the sensor site perpendicular to the form surface. Advantageously, the sensors include, at the measuring point site, a thin wall capable of curvature modification under the effect of the pressure applied by the orthotic device, and means, for example with strain gauge measuring bridge. The thin wall can in particular form part of a directly mounted support plate, integrated in the form such that its external surface, comprising the thin wall, is flush with that of the form.
Ce dispositif comporte une forme rigide reproduisant le volume de la partie du corps et apte à recevoir l'orthèse compressive. La forme (10) incorpore une pluralité de capteurs (22) répartis en différents points de la forme et configurés de manière à ne pas modifier substantiellement le profil de surface de cette dernière, les capteurs mesurant essentiellement la pression appliquée localement sur la forme par l'orthèse à l'endroit du capteur perpendiculairement à la surface de la forme. Avantageusement, les capteurs comprennent, à l'endroit du point de mesure, une paroi mince susceptible d'une microdéformation sous l'effet de la pression appliquée par l'orthèse, et des moyens, par exemple à pont de jauges extensométriques. La paroi mince peut notamment faire partie d'une pastille support rapporté, incorporée à la forme de manière que sa surface extérieure, qui comprend la paroi mince, affleure celle de la forme.
