A method is provided for preparing high purity organofunctional alkyldialkoxysilanes by reacting hydroalkyldialkoxysilanes with olefines wherein formation of undesired close-boiling by-products by an alkyl/alkoxy group exchange reaction is minimized through inverse addition, meaning mixing first Silane and Catalyst and then adding the olefin component thereto.

Procédé de préparation d'alkyldialcoxysilanes organofonctionnels de haute pureté consistant à faire réagir des hydroalkyldialcoxysilanes avec des oléfines, caractérisé en ce que la formation de produits secondaires indésirables de points d'ébullition voisins, par réaction d'échange du groupe alkyl/alcoxy, est minimisée par une addition inversée, à savoir, en mélangeant tout d'abord le silane et le catalyseur, puis en ajoutant le composant oléfine à ce mélange.
