A system and method of job management that enables the efficient completion of a series of lacks, of management of financial transactions by improving the draw process, and/or provision of materials based on orders received from customers, each while using at least one wireless device. In a preferred mode, those using these systems and methods manage the workflow, finances, and supplies of specific jobs such as construction in a cost effective manner by scheduling tasks and delivery of materials and monitoring the progress of jobs through a variety of job reports in a preferred embodiment. The system may reside on at least one server that is accessible through standard Internet browsers and remotely via wireless Web access device, enabling workflow management directly from at least one job site.
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de gestion de travaux permettant la réalisation efficace d'une série de tâches, de gestion de transactions financières par amélioration du processus de prélèvement, et/ou de provision de matériaux en fonction des ordres reçus des clients, tandis qu'au moins un dispositif radio est utilisé dans chacun des cas. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, ceux utilisant ces systèmes et procédés gèrent de manière rentable le flux de travail, les finances et les fournitures des travaux spécifiques tels que ceux d'une construction au moyen d'une programmation des tâches et de la livraison des matériaux et d'un contrôle de la progression des travaux par le biais de divers rapports de travaux d'un mode de réalisation préféré. Le système peut reposer sur au moins un serveur qui est accessible par des navigateurs Internet standards et des dispositifs sans fil accessibles à distance par Internet, ce qui permet de gérer directement le flux de travail à partir d'au moins un site de travaux.
