The invention concerns the use of cells wherein the tubulin tyrosination-detyrosination cycle is modified, for screening and selecting inhibitors of the tubulin-carboxypeptidase, their use as anti-cancer agents and the screening method using said cells. Said cells, which over-produce tubulin-glu, are adapted for selecting or screening products inhibiting the tubulin-carboxypeptidase activity (TCP).

Utilisation de cellules, dans lesquelles le cycle de tyrosination- détyrosination de la tubuline est modifié, pour le criblage et la sélection d'inhibiteurs de la tubuline-carboxypeptidase, application de ces derniers en tant qu'anticancéreux ainsi que le procédé de criblage mettant en oeuvre lesdites cellules. Lesdites cellules, qui surproduisent de la tubuline-glu, sont adaptées à la sélection ou au criblage de produits inhibiteurs de l'activité de la tubuline-carboxypeptidase (TCP).
