The invention concerns a monolateral orthopaedic device with external fixing for immobilising a fractured bone (2), comprising a rigid support (4), at least two pins (2) screwed in the bone and interlocked with the rigid support by a linking mechanism including a pin connector (7) consisting of two identical parts forming a vice, whereof the opposite surfaces have impressions (7b). Said impressions are capable of receiving and maintaining the pins (3) with diameters of 3 to 6 mm. The invention is applicable in the field of medicine, in particular in bone surgery.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif orthopédique monolatéral de fixation externe pour l'immobilisation d'un os fracturé (2), comportant un support rigide (4), au moins deux fiches (3) vissées dans l'os et solidarisées avec le support rigide par un mécanisme de liaison comprenant une prise (7) de fiches constituée par deux pièces identiques formant un étau, dont les deux faces en regard présentent des empreintes (7b). Ces empreintes sont aptes à recevoir et à maintenir des fiches (3) ayant des diamètres de 3 à 6 mm. Application dans le domaine médical, notamment dans le cadre de la chirurgie osseuse.
