ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A pinch bottom bag is formed by overlapping and securing its bottom to form a folded bottom. A tear line is embedded in the bottom fold which extends partially across the width of the bag and along the folded bottom and then extend away from bag bottom to form an opening when torn out of the bag.
