ABSTRACT A polyolefin resin is stabilized against heat, oxidation and light as well as against combustion gas and nitrogen oxide gas by incorporating thereto the following two components: (A) a hindered phenolic compound represented by the following formula (I): Image ( I ) wherein R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and (B) a hindered piperidine compound represented by the following formula (II): Image ( II ) wherein n is 2 to 20.
