ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention is directed to a reservoir pen type oily eyeliner cosmetic which contains a light liquid isoparaffin having 8 to 15 carbon atoms, an inorganic pigment having a particle diameter of 0.1 µm or less, and a fatty acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms. Preferably, the eyeliner cosmetic contains 25 to 90% by weight of the light liquid isoparaffin having 8 to 15 carbon atoms, 8 to 60% by weight of the inorganic pigment having a particle diameter of 0.1 µm or less, and 2 to 40% by weight of the fatty acid having 12 to 22 carbon atoms.
