A personal computer case of desktop/tower has a front panel and a chassis. A diagnosis device is attached to the front panel and motherboards to show the BIOS Power ON Self Test code, clock rate or speed, temperature and other running code. A diagnosis device includes a digital display panel, a ISA/PCI plug-in card and a multicore or ribbon cable. The plug-in card is insert into the ISA or PCI slot of the motherboard. The cable is connected between the digital display panel and the plug-in card or a connector on-motherboard.
