A superconducting device comprises a substrate, a non-superconducting layer formed in a principal surface of said substrate, an extremely thin superconducting channel formed of an oxide superconductor thin film on the non-superconducting layer. A superconducting source region and a superconducting drain region of a relatively thick thickness are formed of the oxide superconductor at the both sides of the superconducting channel separated from each other but electrically connected through the superconducting channel, so that a superconducting current can flow through the superconducting channel between the superconducting source region and the superconducting drain region. The superconducting device further includes a gate electrode through a gate insulator on the superconducting channel for controlling the superconducting current flowing through the superconducting channel, in which the superconducting channel is connected to the superconducting source region and the superconducting drain region at the higher portions than their one third height portions. 0

L'invention est un dispositif supraconducteur comportant un substrat, une couche non supraconductrice formée sur une surface principale de ce substrat et un canal supraconducteur extrêmement mince formé d'une couche mince d'oxyde supraconducteur déposée sur la couche non supraconductrice. Une source supraconductrice et un drain supraconducteur relativement épais sont formés dans l'oxyde supraconducteur, des deux côtés du canal supraconducteur qui sont séparés l'un de l'autre, mais connectés électriquement via le canal supraconducteur de façon qu'un courant supraconducteur puisse circuler dans le canal supraconducteur entre la source supraconductrice et le drain supraconducteur. Le dispositif supraconducteur comprend de plus une électrode de commande qui traverse un isolant déposé sur le canal supraconducteur, qui sert à commander le courant supraconducteur dans le canal supraconducteur, ce dernier étant connecté à la source supraconductrice et au drain supraconducteur dans leurs parties supérieures à plus d'un tiers de leurs hauteurs.
